Each person must have a Land Use Permit for entering the ATV areas. Riders may purchase permits for one, two, three or four days; yearly permits are also available. Permits can be purchased at the following Oliver Springs locations:
Windrock Park Campground,

The Snack Shack at the trail head,
912 Windrock Road
Exxon Fun Food,
557 Tri-County Boulevard
